Ted Kitchens is one of the four companies we looked at in providing us with a new kitchen and utility room. Before going to them we had had a design drawn up by another company. I took this drawing to Ted Kitchens, who not only pointed out some obvious flaws, but also came up with a totally new design that was far superior and made better use of space. It was everything I wanted for my new kitchen. Drew presented me with two designs and gave me time to consider them. There was absolutely no pressure in making my choice and I was also able to make my own slight alterations to the colour, cupboard heights, etc. before making my final decision.

Drew was also excellent in providing me with professional drawings illustrating a creative use of space. The price estimated for this was also cheaper than the quotes we had been given by the previous companies. He also gave us the option of considering cheaper options should the quote fall outside of our budget.

He was always attentive and in close contact with us by informing us of delivery dates and would even come onsite to ensure things were going to plan. When they weren't he worked closely with our builder in ensuring that our kitchen turned out exactly how we wanted it.

This excellent customer service continued following the purchase and was most notable in comparison to some of my friends' experiences with their kitchen suppliers.

To summarize, I am extremely pleased with my new kitchen and is everything I wanted. I would highly recommend Ted Kitchens.
